The Full Story
My name is Jacky, and I am the head of Lappland. When you start working with us I'm sure you will see me a lot- whether it be virtually, in person or even as a voice through your phone. Ever since I was young, I have always been interested in investing in real estate and was lucky enough to be picked up by a local real estate investor. From this encounter I have learned a lot about the industry- the highs and lows, the problems and solutions. As someone in the same industry, my promise to you is that I will provide to you the upmost quality and quantity in leads- as when you choose to work with Lappland I will have a stake in your success as well.
About Lappland
At Lappland, we are committed to providing our clients with an exclusive and stable lead generation solution through our specialization in Drive for Dollars (D4D). D4D has historically been the best way to get deals no one else gets, while simultaneously being the most problematic way to generate leads for wholesalers and investors. This is purely due to two main reasons:

1) There are training issues when hiring drivers to do D4D alongside with a high turn over rate due to what D4D entails.
2) Alongside with hiring issues, the closing rate for lists generated through D4D tend to be under 1%, and when generating lists by yourself this could mean you don't get a closed deal until half a year later when using D4D.

We aim to solve these two main issues for our clients by finding and training drivers according to our high standards. Alongside with providing our clients with any extra services they may need, from lead generation to photography.
